Building and Pest Inspection
Take the guesswork out of purchasing a property with a Building Inspection.
Our Building and Pest inspection is split into two components.
The first component is the building inspection side where I look for any Safety Hazards, Major and minor defects.
The second component on the inspection is the Timber Pest side where I visually inspect the entirety property for any indication and evidence of Termite damage or activity. Tools used in this process are a donger; where we tap the timbers to check for sound differences that damaged and hollowed out timbers make, a moisture meter and a thermal camera. As well as looking for termite damage I report on any conditions conducive to termites that could possibly attract them to the property. Wood borer damage and Fungal decay is also reported as part of this inspection.
